Place worked perfect for our group and we could all stay at one place. Restaurant/bar next door but it was never rowdy. Parking was nice to not have to use the street. We did not walk around or eat in the area as we spent most of our time at University of Richmond events; however, when driving we were close to many things. Thanks for hosting us.

I was burned by a fraudulent AirBNB listing years ago. That on top of their earned reputation for negative impacts on neighborhoods and low-cost housing availability, I fully swore off AirBnb. I booked a hotel for a specific date and learned there was a severe error during my effort to check in, and neighboring hotels were full. In a last-ditch effort, I pulled up the site.
Alex was quick to respond to questions and gave clear instructions. My guest and I were impressed by the cleanliness of the space provided and extra touches like white-noise machines, cleaning supplies, and a full, cold brita pitcher of water. All of the pricing was clearly defined up front. I still love a hotel pool, but Alex certainly impressed me enough to open my heart up again in special circumstances.

We had a lovely stay at Alex’s place! We loved how spacious and clean it was plus a perfect location close to many restaurants! We hope to be back next time we come home to visit Richmond! Thanks for being a wonderful host!

Alex took my reservation same day and had it prepared within an hour. The unit was clean. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash provided. Had a nice coffee setup, but I don't drink it ;). Would definitely book this unit again.

Alex’s space was the perfect place to stay! It was roomy and made me feel like a local. The bathroom was nice and clean. The location was perfect- walkable to many restaurants, stores, and bars. The only thing I would warn of is the mattresses- they are very firm but they provided plenty of pillows, which definitely helped.

We had a wonderful stay! Alex was extremely responsive and went above and beyond, especially when we accidentally left my daughter’s dance jacket behind. She made sure we got it back quickly, which we truly appreciated.
The apartment was very clean and exactly as described in both the listing and photos. The location was perfect for being close to the convention center, which made everything so convenient.
Parking was also a huge bonus, especially since many other places we looked at charged extra fees. That made our stay even more stress-free.
Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb. Alex was an amazing host, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Thus was just the perfect spot for my team of 4. We had an event at the Richmond Convention Center. This house was in a perfect location. It is very comfortable and quiet. The host is super-responsive. We loved having coffee upstairs in the morning.

I would highly recommend staying in this adorable apartment. The location was great as we were able to walk to the convention center. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean.

100% would visit here again and again. This was a killer destination downtown only a few blocks from the convention center. The home is gorgeous and very inviting. I loved my stay!
