The Arts District features and supports the history of the Jackson Ward neighborhood, the business activity along West Broad Street, the wide range of downtown art galleries, and eclectic dining and shopping experiences.

For anyone coming in town for the Richmond marathon or other races, this apartment is within walking distance of the starting lines. - Monument 10k - 0.7 miles to start line - Dominion Riverrock (on Brown’s Island) - 1.3 miles (22 min walk or 6 min drive) - Monroe Park (end of many races) - 0.7 miles - VCU Graduation takes place at the Siegel Center. This property is 5 minutes from Interstate 64/95 for easy access around Richmond by car, and it about 15 minutes from the Richmond airport. It's also located one block from the GRTC Pulse stations, also known as the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT). It is a great way to get around Richmond and it’s FREE! The Pulse runs from Rocketts Landing all the way to Willow Lawn. Uber and Lyft are also very readily available in Richmond.
