You will have access to the entire duplex. There is a unit upstairs with 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom, and another unit downstairs with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The two units are completely separate, but can be accessed through the entryway if you'd like. This space is great for two families, or larger groups that want to be in the same building, but also have separate spaces.

For anyone coming in town for the Richmond marathon or other races, this duplex is within walking distance of the starting lines. - Richmond Marathon - 0.2 mile to start line - Monument 10k - 0.7 miles to start line - Dominion Riverrock (on Brown’s Island) - 1.3 miles (22 min walk or 6 min drive) - Monroe Park (end of many races) - 0.7 miles VCU Graduation takes place at the Siegel Center. (1 mile away - 5 min drive or 17 min walk) Convention Center is a 5 min walk. We use a professional cleaning company for every turnover to provide our guests with the best possible stay and to ensure every sheet, duvet, towel and blanket is washed between guests. We strive for hotel-grade cleaning which is why our cleaning fee may be higher than other properties in Richmond.
