This is a great central location in Richmond, and fit our party of four + our dog perfectly! The living room and kitchen area were a nice size, as were the bedrooms. Loved our time here!

Loved our stay here ; we were attending a friends wedding that had events at Common House Richmond and the Graduate hotel . Easy and convenient location that was walkable to those spots. Host was great; can’t say much about surrounding neighborhood as we didn’t really explore, but seemed fine and safe.

Great place! My family and I really enjoyed our stay, the place was spacious and comfortable, a block away from one of the main street with cafes, restaurants. Walkable ! Recommended!!

Great, cheerful place that is even bigger in person than the pictures look. Loved the interior brick. Very clean, incredibly comfortable beds, and Alex was a great and responsive host. We drove to dinner in Carytown and knowing we had the parking spot to come back to was great! There are coffee shops and restaurants nearby also.

Walking distance to the convention center, large parking lot for my box truck, great coffee shop around the corner called Lift Coffee. Quick and easy communication. I always enjoy myself in Richmond and this was exactly what we needed for our work weekend!

The apartment was beautiful inside, definitely one of my favorites. It had a couple of nice touches like the air purifier that did it for me. I give this place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Alex’s place was so clean and made us feel right at home. You can tell she was very thoughtful in making sure we had a great stay by providing all kitchen and bathroom essentials including plenty of towels. Beds were very comfortable as well as the couch! No trouble with parking and it was walkable to many things. We loved Mudhouse for coffee and Abner Clay park for the dogs. Would recommend!

We had a great time renting Alex's duplex! It is right by the main road so there are lots of restaurants/bars nearby, and most other things we went to in the city were a <$10 rideshare away.
The apartment itself was great! Very clean, spacious, and the bathrooms and kitchens were modern and stocked. We rented both units (whole duplex) and it was comfortable accommodations for 7 adults.

Alex’s unit in Jackson Ward did not disappoint! Walkable to downtown and to the Fan District. We really appreciated the off-street parking. Everything was just as described and roomier than expected. The coffee bar setup in the living room was a cute addition. Would definitely stay again!

This was a perfect stay for a special occasion that we had two families attending! It was a great, clean place and very conveniently located near plenty to see, so, and eat. We would absolutely stay again!
