Alex is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and we had a great time staying at her apartment. The location was perfect, centrally located and easy to get around the city. Parking was super easy and I would recommend her accommodations to anyone looking for a Richmond place to stay.

Alex’s duplex was perfect for our extended family of 6 visiting Richmond for our niece’s graduation from VCU. It was super clean, had plenty of room to spread out, was in a great location, just a few blocks from a few great bars/restaurants, and the off-street parking was convenient. I would highly recommend staying here!

We were in town for the Richmond Marathon and this was the perfect place! Very close to the starting line and spacious for lots of runners and supporters. Had a great time and very much fit our needs. Alex was incredible, responsive, and helpful - going above and beyond!

our new favorite pet friendly downtown richmond spot. excellent location, very walkable to the national and nearby bars and restaurants. super clean throughout. parking space was incredibly convenient and easy. can't wait to stay again!

This is a great central location in Richmond, and fit our party of four + our dog perfectly! The living room and kitchen area were a nice size, as were the bedrooms. Loved our time here!

Loved our stay here ; we were attending a friends wedding that had events at Common House Richmond and the Graduate hotel . Easy and convenient location that was walkable to those spots. Host was great; can’t say much about surrounding neighborhood as we didn’t really explore, but seemed fine and safe.

Great, cheerful place that is even bigger in person than the pictures look. Loved the interior brick. Very clean, incredibly comfortable beds, and Alex was a great and responsive host. We drove to dinner in Carytown and knowing we had the parking spot to come back to was great! There are coffee shops and restaurants nearby also.

Walking distance to the convention center, large parking lot for my box truck, great coffee shop around the corner called Lift Coffee. Quick and easy communication. I always enjoy myself in Richmond and this was exactly what we needed for our work weekend!
